By accessing and using Simizi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. 2. Platform Description

Simizi is a community platform that enables users to discover local activities, connect with others, and organize group experiences. We provide the infrastructure for these interactions but do not act as an organizer or participant in activities.

All content on Simizi, including logos, design, text, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for Platform operations and improvements. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have rights to post it.

5.3 Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS

  • OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simizi, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Activity Participation and Safety

Users are solely responsible for their participation in activities. Simizi does not organize, supervise, or endorse any activities. You assume all risks associated with participation.

9.2 Safety Practices

You agree to exercise reasonable care, follow applicable laws and safety guidelines, and respect the rights and property of others. Always inform trusted contacts of your activities and location.

9.3 No Liability

Simizi is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during or after activities organized through the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law and legal principles. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
